In Tally ERP 9, accounting facilities are one of the important categories of the company. it includes many discussions and functions that are used for accounting transactions and reports. Accounting features can be opened by clicking on       F11: Features or Function  key F11 Supp.

The accounting features are divided into 6 classes, which are as follows:

1. General 
2. Invoicing
3. Outstanding management
4. Budgets and Scenario Managements
5. Cost/profit centers management   
6. Banking Features 
7. Others Features

1. General    

• Maintain Accounts Only
• Integrate Accounts and Inventory
• Use Income and Expense A/c Instead of Profit & Loss A/c
• Enable Multi-Currency

• Maintain Accounts Only : Choose this option if we want to maintain inventory transactions.
• Integrate accounts and Inventory : If we want to include stock or inventory balance from inventory records, select Yes Option.

Types of GST Returns All Form Details

• Use Income and Expense A/c Instead of Profit & Loss A/c : If we want to display income and expense accounts as a menu instead of a profit and loss account, we will chose this option.
• Enable Multi-Currency :  Choose this Option if we want to work with multi-currency.
